Courses Italian Year-long course Introduction

The annual Italian Language and Culture Program here at Villa Aurora is headed by the school's Language Department. Its goal is to offer students the opportunity to experience the Italian language fully.

The structure of the program consists of three Quarters. The length of the program is as follows: The First Quarter usually runs from September to November, the Second Quarter runs from December to February, and the Third Quarter runs from March to May.

No previous knowledge of Italian is required for students wishing to enroll in the Year-Long Program, since the three-level structure of the course starts at an elementary level, each quarter leading students to the next level, culminating with the Advanced Level during the Third Quarter.

Frequent Cultural Tours enhance the History, Culture, and Grammar that are taught in the classroom. Trips are taken to most of the major cities of Italy.
