offer. From the various dishes offered by the Italian Kitchen to dishes
from the kitchens of other countries, our on-campus Sicilian chef
will guide you on a culinary journey you are sure to enjoy.
The aim of this course is to provide the basic skills of artistic sculpture
(earthenware, majolica, etc.), modelling (how to prepare the blend,
make and finish a sculpture), as well as plaster cast techniques.
Students will also learn how to file, enamel and paint ceramic objects.
