HOW TO ENROLL

You can obtain IDP Forms several ways. The easiest way is to download them from this page. Instructions for how to use the available formats are listed below. If you are unable to download the forms you want from this page, then email us, let us know what forms you want, and ask us to 1) send them to you as an email attachment, 2) fax them to you, or 3) send them by postal mail.

Please note that although the forms are available in several languages, many of the forms are required to be completed in English.

Microsoft Word

IDP forms are available in Microsoft Word format and are saved as Template Forms. This means that you can fill them out on your computer, save the file to your desktop, and email them back to us as attachments. If you are looking for an admissions packet, be sure to download both files and read the following two paragraphs.

File #1 contains instructions to guide you through the application process as well as forms that you will need to distribute for others to complete.

File #2 contains the Application for Admission. After you have completed the form and emailed it back to us, be sure to do three things: 1) print out of copy of your application for your own records, 2) sign the Signature Page at the end of the document, and 3) fax the Signature Page to our office at +39 055 412797. We cannot process your application without your signature.
